An owner asking you to get in touch costs nothing extra. Once your monthly limit is reached, you are not shown again until the 1st. Views are charged to your card when they reach €200, or on the 1st.
How would owners discover my office?
Up to three eligible offices would be compared using proximity, verified similar sales and verified reviews. Paying does not improve your ranking.
What would I pay for?
A view each time your office is shown, as one of up to three, beside an owner’s VALO. The same owner seeing you again is not charged again, and an owner asking you to get in touch costs nothing extra. When an owner asks VALO to find their agent and we send the request to your office alone, that request costs more and replaces the view. Every view and every charge is listed in your account.
When could I contact an owner?
When an owner taps Contact me on your office and confirms what is shared. Only your office receives their details.
What can I do today?
Set up your office: we read your website, you confirm your profile, choose your areas and a limit, and add a card that is checked, not charged. Profile review, publication, paid visibility and matching with owners are not live yet.
